{"id":1550,"date":"2025-06-02T08:28:02","date_gmt":"2025-06-02T11:28:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hospitalsanroque.gob.ar\/?p=1550"},"modified":"2026-02-20T12:54:05","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T15:54:05","slug":"recomendaciones-del-comite-de-control-de-infecciones-para-la-campana-de-invierno-2025-circular-interna-no5-25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hospitalsanroque.gob.ar\/index.php\/2025\/06\/02\/recomendaciones-del-comite-de-control-de-infecciones-para-la-campana-de-invierno-2025-circular-interna-no5-25\/","title":{"rendered":"Recomendaciones del Comit\u00e9 de Control de Infecciones para la Campa\u00f1a de Invierno 2025: Circular Interna N\u00ba5-25"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Paran\u00e1, 2 de junio de 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Circular Interna N\u00ba 5\/25<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Origen:<\/strong> Direcci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motivo:<\/strong> Recomendaciones del Comit\u00e9 de Control de Infecciones para la Campa\u00f1a de Invierno 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el aumento de las infecciones respiratorias y el alerta de sarampi\u00f3n vigente, nuestro Comit\u00e9 de Control de Infecciones recomienda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uso de barbijo quir\u00fargico y precauciones est\u00e1ndar<strong>* <\/strong>para la <strong>atenci\u00f3n de todos los pacientes<\/strong>, independientemente si presentan s\u00edntomas respiratorios o no.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uso de barbijo tipo N95 para procedimientos generadores de aerosoles <strong>**<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavado de manos antes y despu\u00e9s de la atenci\u00f3n de pacientes seg\u00fan los 5 momentos de la OMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actualizar vacuna antigripal anual del personal de salud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uso de barbijo en pacientes y acompa\u00f1antes en salas de espera seg\u00fan corresponda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator alignwide has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Referencias:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>(*) Precauciones est\u00e1ndar: <\/em><\/strong><em>conjunto de medidas que se aplican a los pacientes, independientemente del motivo de ingreso, por todos los trabajadores de la salud y en todos los entornos sanitarios, con el fin reducir la transmisi\u00f3n de microorganismos pat\u00f3genos al prevenir la exposici\u00f3n a sangre, fluidos corporales, secreciones o piel no intacta de los pacientes. Estas medidas comprenden la higiene de manos, la higiene respiratoria, el uso de equipos de protecci\u00f3n personal (EPP), el descarte seguro de materiales cortopunzantes, el manejo adecuado del ambiente y de los residuos patol\u00f3gicos hospitalarios, la esterilizaci\u00f3n y desinfecci\u00f3n de dispositivos m\u00e9dicos y hospitalarios y la limpieza del entorno hospitalario.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>(**) Procedimientos generadores de aerosoles: <\/em><\/strong><em>intubaci\u00f3n endotraqueal, ventilaci\u00f3n manual mec\u00e1nica, VNI con presi\u00f3n positiva, traqueostom\u00eda, resucitaci\u00f3n cardiopulmonar, broncoscop\u00eda, aspiraci\u00f3n de secreciones, etc).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>Equipo
