Esto obliga al Servicio de Farmacia a cursar pedidos urgentes a Compras. A su vez esta din\u00e1mica fuerza a Compras a activar mecanismos de adquisici\u00f3n que interfieren en el procesamiento de los restantes tr\u00e1mites de compras, afectan el orden econ\u00f3mico y generan una cadena de desorganizaci\u00f3n en todo el circuito de suministros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello es fundamental que <strong>todo cambio en los protocolos de uso<\/strong> que implique una <strong>variaci\u00f3n en el volumen o tipo <\/strong>de medicamentos o insumos biom\u00e9dicos <strong>sea comunicado <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s de un correo electr\u00f3nico a<strong>farmacia@hospitalsanroque.gob.ar<\/strong>. Esto le permitir\u00e1 al Servicio de Farmacia programar y planificar el stock y el suministro con antelaci\u00f3n, otorg\u00e1ndole a Compras el tiempo necesario para gestionar los tr\u00e1mites de la manera m\u00e1s eficiente y econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Una simple comunicaci\u00f3n anticipada es un acto de consideraci\u00f3n que beneficia a todo el hospital: optimiza recursos, mejora los flujos de trabajo, la capacidad de respuesta y el clima laboral.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agradecemos la comprensi\u00f3n y el compromiso con esta coordinaci\u00f3n esencial para el buen funcionamiento de nuestra instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>Equipo Directivo HMISR<br><\/strong><em>Director Dr. Alejandro Cal\u00f3gero<\/em><br><em>Secretario T\u00e9cnico Dr. Pablo Dusse<\/em><br><em>Secretaria T\u00e9cnica Dra.
