Circular N\u00ba9-25"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Paran\u00e1, 10 de septiembre del 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Circular Interna N\u00ba 9\/25<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Origen:<\/strong> Direcci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motivo:<\/strong> Procedimiento ante cancelaci\u00f3n y reprogramaci\u00f3n de consultorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reprogramaci\u00f3n de los turnos debe solicitarse a la Direcci\u00f3n <strong>por correo electr\u00f3nico a direccion.despacho@hospitalsanroque.gob.ar, con un anticipaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de 4 d\u00edas (96hs).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el correo debe <strong>comunicarse una propuesta de nueva atenci\u00f3n<\/strong>. <em>Por ejemplo: asignaci\u00f3n de sobreturnos con el mismo profesional en alg\u00fan d\u00eda y horario espec\u00edfico que el mismo determine;&nbsp; o si el profesional fuera personal \u00fanico y jefe de servicio nueva propuesta de atenci\u00f3n (d\u00edas y horarios posibles).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el pedido procede, la Direcci\u00f3n se ocupa de informar a Estad\u00edsticas y a la Divisi\u00f3n Gesti\u00f3n Integral en Red para que hagan efectiva la reprogramaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n con los pacientes y\/o familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de que la inasistencia fuera imprevista* (en el mismo d\u00eda del turno) se debe gestionar que los pacientes sean atendidos durante la jornada. Si no fuera posible, los turnos deber\u00e1n ser reasignados a otro profesional o reprogramados como sobreturnos en atenciones futuras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*(No confundir con notificaci\u00f3n a RRHH de inasistencia por imprevisto).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>Equipo Directivo HMISR<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><em>Director Dr. Alejandro Cal\u00f3gero<\/em><em><br><\/em><em>Secretario T\u00e9cnico Dr. Pablo Dusse<\/em><em><br><\/em><em>Secretaria T\u00e9cnica Dra.
