{"id":1568,"date":"2025-10-27T09:23:04","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T12:23:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hospitalsanroque.gob.ar\/?p=1568"},"modified":"2026-02-23T10:36:47","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T13:36:47","slug":"cierre-de-pedidos-de-bienes-de-capital-2025-circular-no10-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hospitalsanroque.gob.ar\/index.php\/2025\/10\/27\/cierre-de-pedidos-de-bienes-de-capital-2025-circular-no10-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Cierre de pedidos de Bienes de Capital 2025: Circular N\u00ba10-2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Paran\u00e1, 27 de octubre del 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Circular Interna N\u00ba 10\/25<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Origen:<\/strong> Direcci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motivo:<\/strong> Cierre de pedidos de Bienes de Capital 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estimados Jefes de Servicios, Departamentos y divisiones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de realizar un <strong>cierre administrativo y contable adecuado del ejercicio 2025<\/strong>, se informa que:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A partir del 1\u00ba de noviembre, y hasta el 1\u00ba de marzo de 2026,<\/em> <strong>no se recibir\u00e1n nuevos pedidos de provisi\u00f3n correspondientes a bienes de capital <\/strong>(equipamiento m\u00e9dico, mobiliario, etc). S\u00f3lo se autorizar\u00e1n pedidos de provisi\u00f3n de insumos que sean indispensables al normal funcionamiento de los distintos servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo es consolidar las gestiones ya iniciadas, garantizando un cierre ordenado y transparente de las adquisiciones efectuadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acciones a tener en cuenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cada Servicio deber\u00e1<strong> verificar el estado de tr\u00e1mite de las compras que a\u00fan no hayan sido entregadas<\/strong> comunic\u00e1ndose con la Oficina de compras (por correo, telef\u00f3nicamente o de manera presencial).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>En caso de que alguna compra deba ser cancelada,<\/em> el Jefe de Servicio deber\u00e1 remitir un correo a <strong>compras@hospitalsanroque.gob.ar<\/strong> detallando el motivo y los datos de la modificaci\u00f3n.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Agradecemos su colaboraci\u00f3n y compromiso con la transparencia administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>Equipo Directivo HMISR<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><em>Director Dr. Alejandro Cal\u00f3gero<\/em><em><br><\/em><em>Secretario T\u00e9cnico Dr. Pablo Dusse<\/em><em><br><\/em><em>Secretaria T\u00e9cnica Dra.
