SAN ROQUE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presentes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De mi mayor consideraci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por medio de la presente, el DR. ALEJANDRO F. CALOGERO, en calidad de Director de este Hospital, se dirige a ustedes con el prop\u00f3sito de informarles sobre la modalidad establecida para solicitar tareas a la Divisi\u00f3n de Mantenimiento a partir del 10 de ENERO del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta reciente metodolog\u00eda de solicitud de tareas de reparaci\u00f3n o mantenimiento (no urgentes o programadas) ha sido implementada con el objetivo de asegurar un proceso m\u00e1s organizado y efectivo para atender sus requerimientos. Consiste en el llenado de una planilla duplicada que deber\u00e1 ser remitida a la Divisi\u00f3n de Mantenimiento, en la cual se detallar\u00e1 la tarea solicitada. Es imprescindible que dicha planilla sea firmada por los Jefes de Servicio, Departamento y Divisi\u00f3n, ya que de lo contrario no ser\u00e1 recepcionada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se asignar\u00e1 un n\u00famero de seguimiento a cada solicitud para controlar el progreso de la tarea y gestionar reclamos, si fuera necesario, una vez que haya transcurrido el plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n establecido por la Divisi\u00f3n de Mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los pedidos de car\u00e1cter urgente y\/o emergente, se deber\u00e1n canalizar a trav\u00e9s de la guardia de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin otro motivo, y quedando Ustedes debidamente notificados, me despido con distinguida consideraci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son 02 fojas \u00fatiles.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DIRECCION.
