Departamentos y Divisiones:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>La Direcci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong><em> del Hospital, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Divisi\u00f3n de Alimentaci\u00f3n y Dietoterapia, establece el siguiente orden para una mejor organizaci\u00f3n de la elaboraci\u00f3n del Lactario<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0La entrega de <strong>f\u00f3rmulas l\u00e1cteas para pacientes externos <\/strong>se hace:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>con <strong>receta m\u00e9dica realizada por personal de la instituci\u00f3n<\/strong> desde la instituci\u00f3n (usando RPs del HMISR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>con receta m\u00e9dica realizada en otro efector p\u00fablico donde <strong>justifique la no existencia en stock y con la r\u00fabrica firmada por su Director<\/strong>.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Horario de retiro de biberones:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Turno ma\u00f1ana, <strong>de 11:00 a 12:00 hs<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Turno tarde,<strong> de 18:00 a 19:00 hs<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paran\u00e1, 19 de abril de
