{"id":1637,"date":"2024-06-14T11:14:23","date_gmt":"2024-06-14T14:14:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hospitalsanroque.gob.ar\/?p=1637"},"modified":"2026-02-23T11:18:16","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T14:18:16","slug":"nuevo-sistema-de-pedidos-a-cocina-circular-no11-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hospitalsanroque.gob.ar\/index.php\/2024\/06\/14\/nuevo-sistema-de-pedidos-a-cocina-circular-no11-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo sistema de Pedidos a Cocina: Circular N\u00ba11-2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Paran\u00e1, 14&nbsp; de junio de&nbsp; 2024<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Circular Interna N\u00ba 11\/24<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Origen:<\/strong>&nbsp;Direcci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motivo:<\/strong>&nbsp;Organizaci\u00f3n de la Cocina Hospitalaria<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objetivos:&nbsp;<\/strong>Optimizar el recurso econ\u00f3mico de la Cocina y evitar desperdicios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A los Jefes de Servicios, Departamentos y Divisiones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>La Direcci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;del Hospital, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Divisi\u00f3n de Alimentaci\u00f3n y Dietoterapia, establece los siguientes criterios para una mejor organizaci\u00f3n en la&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>elaboraci\u00f3n y pedido de viandas<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Acompa\u00f1antes de pacientes<\/strong>:<br><br>Se otorga\u00a0<strong>una (1) vianda para acompa\u00f1ante por cada paciente<\/strong>\u00a0(almuerzo y cena)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personal del Hospital:<br><br><\/strong>2.1.- Los men\u00fas semanales ser\u00e1n expuestos en la puerta de la Cocina (sujetos a eventuales modificaciones). Y estar\u00e1n a la vez disponibles para verse en un link en el formulario para encargar las raciones.<br>2.2.- Cada servicio carga en el formulario online \u201cPedido de raciones para Personal del HMISR\u201d\u00a0 todos los datos consignados.<br>2.3.-Link del formulario \u201cPedido de raciones para Personal del HMISR\u201d:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/WU3BCeoJD469nHwY9\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/WU3BCeoJD469nHwY9<\/a><br>\u00a0 \u00a0 y su correspondiente C\u00f3digo QR: \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"496\" height=\"505\" src=\"https:\/\/hospitalsanroque.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot_1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1638\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hospitalsanroque.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot_1.png 496w, https:\/\/hospitalsanroque.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot_1-295x300.png 295w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 496px) 100vw, 496px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4.- La carga<strong>\u00a0s\u00f3lo puede hacerse a trav\u00e9s de una cuenta institucional\u00a0<\/strong>(@hospitalsanroque.gob.ar)<br>2.5.- La carga debe hacerse\u00a0<strong>antes de las 9: 30 hs.<br><\/strong>2.6.- De acuerdo a la cantidad debidamente informada\u00a0 se elaborar\u00e1n las raciones.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.- Horarios de entrega en la Cocina:<\/strong><br>3.1.-<em>\u00a0Desayuno\u00a0<\/em>(s\u00f3lo para pacientes internados): 8:00 a 9:00 hs.<br>3.2.<strong>&#8211; Almuerzo para pacientes<\/strong>\u00a0internados y acompa\u00f1antes : 12:00 a 13:00 hs.<br>3.4.-\u00a0<strong>Almuerzo para personal autorizado<\/strong>: 13:00 a 14:00 hs.<br>3.5.-<em>\u00a0Merienda<\/em>\u00a0(s\u00f3lo para pacientes internados): 16:00 a 16:30 hs.<br>3.6.-\u00a0<strong>Cena<\/strong>\u00a0(pacientes internados, acompa\u00f1antes y personal autorizado): 19:00 a 19:30hs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>Equipo Directivo del HMISR<\/strong><br><em>Director<\/em>&nbsp;Dr. Alejandro Calogero<br><em>Secretaria T\u00e9cnica<\/em>&nbsp;Dra.
